This integrated AC/DC power system is specifically engineered for large-scale substations and power plants, with primary applications in 35KV, 110KV, 220KV and 500KV substation environments. The comprehensive solution combines multiple critical components including AC power cabinets, DC power cabinets, telecom power cabinets, UPS power cabinets, emergency lighting power cabinets, battery banks, and feeder cabinets into a unified system. All operational data across these components is seamlessly aggregated through an intelligent centralized monitoring unit, which then transmits the consolidated information to either back-end control systems or centralized dispatching centers for complete system-wide management and oversight.
Product Features
The system features a highly intelligent monitoring system capable of collecting real-time data from all core equipment, individual battery parameters, and each feeder circuit status, complemented by a comprehensive battery management system with automatic AC input switching. Its fully automated operation utilizes serial communication to enable automatic module power ON/OFF, charging mode switching, output voltage adjustment, and current limit setting, while the standard RS-485 interface ensures seamless automation integration and supports "Four Remote" functions (remote control, monitoring, signaling, and adjustment) for unmanned operation. The advanced module design includes hot swappable DC charging modules for safe replacement, digital current sharing technology (<±3% parallel imbalance), and built-in DC isolation diodes (eliminating need for external components), with user-friendly LED digital display showing operation/fault indicators, confirmation button, and adjustment buttons for intuitive operation, plus a parallel protection circuit that automatically isolates faulty modules without system impact. The system offers fully customizable configuration including adjustable power modules, configurable feeder circuit breakers, and flexible cabinet dimensions to meet diverse application requirements.
