    Product features

    1. Electrolyte: Made of fumed silica from Germany, the electrolyte in the finished battery is in a gel state and does not flow, so there is no leakage or stratification of the electrolyte.

    2. Plates: The positive plate adopts a tubular plate, which can effectively prevent the shedding of active substances. The positive plate frame is formed by die-casting multi-alloy materials, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The negative plate is a paste-coated plate with a special grid structure design, which enhances the utilization rate of active substances and the capacity for high-current discharge, and has a strong charging acceptance capacity.

    3. Battery housing: Made of ABS material, it is corrosion-resistant, has high strength, and an attractive appearance. It has a reliable seal with the cover and no potential leakage risk.

    4. Safety valve: The special structure of the safety valve and the appropriate opening and closing pressure reduce water loss, which can prevent the expansion, cracking of the battery casing and the drying up of the electrolyte.

    5. Separator: It adopts the imported special micro-porous PVC-SiO2 separator from the European AMER-SIL Company, which has a large porosity and low resistance.

    6. Terminal: The embedded copper core lead-based terminal post has a greater current-carrying capacity and corrosion resistance.
